Customer Service Employee, dynamic role
In this dynamic role, every day is different. It’s important to respond quickly and keep a clear focus on the end goal. That makes my work as a Customer Service Employee challenging and fun. My work activities are extremely wide-ranging. I get to focus on such things as:

Maintaining an overview of assembly schedules

Updating the ERP system, including process optimisation

Invoicing and administrative work

Supporting the Logistics Department

Family firm and social employer
HSV is truly a family firm and a social employer. At this company, we can be our authentic selves, we get lots of room to schedule and structure our work independently, and we’re appreciated. I started working at this department in March 2019 and immediately felt right at home. It’s a great department with nice colleagues, and everyone is supportive. We also see each other outside our working hours, getting together for a bite to eat, a drink or fun activities.
About Jeroen
I live in Veenendaal with my two cats, Lizzy and Tuckey. Cooking is a major hobby for me, and I spend lots of time in the kitchen. I also enjoy playing tennis, padel or volleyball, and I take part in obstacle runs. There’s always something fun to do in the weekend – like cooking with friends, going to a festival or competing in a sports event.
