Thanks to that diversity, but also the opportunities we have for ongoing development, HSV is a very enjoyable employer from my perspective.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>The Customer Service Department focuses on such areas as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Processing customer orders<\/li>\n<li>Answering customer questions about orders, schedules and delivery times<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining an overview of production and assembly schedules<\/li>\n<li>Purchasing raw materials, additives and excipients<\/li>\n<li>All activities related to customer deliveries, such as releasing cargo for transport and notifying shipping companies for pick-up<\/li>\n<li>Implementing improvements and changes and entering new products in the ERP system<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the Logistics Department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8216;Every workday, I have a morning meeting where we discuss planning priorities, workplace safety and areas for improvement. This is all intended to bring out the best in our employees and ensure optimal service for our customers.<\/p>\n<p>Besides managing things and doing the work that has been assigned to our department, I work closely with colleagues to coordinate and optimise top-level processes that involve multiple departments.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, my role in the MT is to focus on strategic considerations, such as investments that are important in order to meet future customer demands. This ensures that we will continue to have enough capacity in production and other areas to keep serving your needs in the future.&#8217; <\/p>\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em><em>Rapidly deploying appropriate action and providing optimal service to our customers<\/em><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Microsoft Dynamics<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>&#8216;Four years ago by now, I had the privilege of being part of the ERP project team, when Microsoft Dynamics was implemented. Since then, our entire organisation and our customers have seen major benefits from that shift. It brought us more flexibility, offering quick insight into the current status of orders and projects, making it possible for us to rapidly deploy appropriate action and provide optimal service to our customers.&#8217;<\/p>\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em><em>The products that we engineer and produce in collaboration with our customers are all around you, every day<\/em><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>From thermo box to EPP cargo box<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>&#8216;Another thing that&#8217;s great about working with the particle foam engineers at HSV: the products that we engineer and produce in collaboration with our customers are all around you, every day. From the thermo box used by the cyclists who deliver your dinner, to the EPP box mounted on a cargo bike, the inside of a bicycle helmet, or the insulating components of the heat pump installed in our home, the particle foams from HSV are truly all around us.&#8217;<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>About Ronald<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Ronald Bosch [1979] joined the particle foam engineers at HSV in 1998. He started out as a Production Employee, later becoming Assistant Team Leader, then Customer Service Representative, before making the switch to Assistant Production Manager. Throughout that period, he learned a lot and took all sorts of relevant courses and training programmes. Ronald has been in the role of Customer Service Manager for 10 years now.<\/p>\n<p>In his free time, Ronald enjoys going on outings with family and friends and enjoying quality time with his young son and his girlfriend. Summer barbecues are also a favourite pastime, inspiring him to prepare the tastiest treats to put on the grill!<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>HSV since 1968&#8230;<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Since 1968, HSV has been your partner in particle foam engineering. Back at the beginning, the company specialised in development and production of insulating and protective packaging materials.
