HSV awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification again

The Dutch branch of the HSV Moulded Foams Group has once again been awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification. HSV moved to ISO 9001:2015 in 2017. The certification standards described in this ISO standard ensure proper integration of management systems and ‘control’.

Quality policy compliance ensured and processes further optimised

The 2015 Quality Handbook ensures compliance with the quality policy and further optimises processes. For our clients, this means that HSV complies with the latest standards and high quality requirements for the engineering, production and assembly of products and technical components.

In addition to ISO 9001:2015, also ISO/TS 16949:2016 and ISO 27001

In addition to ISO 9001:2015 certification, our Polish and German subsidiaries are also certified in accordance with ISO/TS 16949:2016, the extensive quality standards that apply in the automotive industry. In 2018, HSV Polska was also awarded ISO 27001 certification. This ISO standard imposes very strict rules for data management and security.

ISO/TS 16949:2016 expansion of ISO 9001:2015

ISO/TS 16949:2016 is an expansion of the ISO 9001 standard, which was updated and expanded in 2015. During the audit conducted in 2018, HSV Polska was assessed by TÜV. The audit showed that the HSV organisation meets the latest standards and guidelines drawn up by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF).

Consistent quality

For both OEMs and HSV, this standard ensures and establishes that the products and parts which HSV Moulded Foams Group develops and produces for the automotive industry are consistent in quality and meet the latest quality standards that are currently customary according to official guidelines.
