Feasibility study | Test the feasibility of your product
Developing a new plastic product obviously starts with a sophisticated design, supplementary details and high-quality engineering.
During the feasibility study, the HSV engineers assess whether your product design can be manufactured using particle foams (EPS, EPP, ETPU, etc.), plastic injection moulding, or hybrid solutions that combine both techniques. You will receive advice without any obligations, gain insight into the options for your finished and/or semi-manufactured product, and find out how long production will take, accompanied by an initial estimate of the costs. More about the feasibility study.

The sustainable answer from HSV
98% air, 2% raw materials
airpop® engineered air (EPS) and EPP contain 98% air and 2% raw materials*. With minimum use of raw materials, we can achieve maximum effect. That’s what we call sustainable.
Biomass, Solar & Wind
We only use renewable energy. Our steam is generated from renewable biomass and our electricity comes from solar panels and wind turbines. That’s what we call sustainable.
We pro-actively support the collection of our products and recycle on a large scale. That’s what we call sustainable.
Contributing to a better environment and circular economy
HSV initiates and supports initiatives that stimulate the collection and recycling of particle foams.
