HSV boosts its production capacity
By purchasing a Teubert EPP machine
The machine fleet at HSV Packaging & Insulation nv in Ede has been expanded to include a new Teubert EPP machine. The latest addition is welcome, according to Rogier Messelink (Managing Director at the particle foam engineers of HSV) and Ivo Ariens (Technical Director at the particle foam engineers of HSV). They have lots to say about this new investment in the following article.
Expanding the machine fleet
‘With this expansion of the machine fleet, we are gearing up for the future and responding to the growing demand for sustainable shaped components made from particle foams. It is a significant development for HSV and for the customers we are privileged to serve,’ says Ivo Ariens.

Rogier Messelink emphasises: ‘By purchasing a Teubert EPP machine, we are taking the next step in our growth process. The Teubert is equipped with the latest technological trends, gives us flexibility and offers us the decisive advantage we need to continue meeting this growing demand and our customers’ expectations.’
‘This machine can also accommodate additional automation and makes it possible to swap out moulds quickly,’ Ivo adds, continuing: ‘In addition, it offers easy options for using different mould sizes, obviously in conjunction with the right steam chambers. The production team completed training and the new Teubert EPP machine is now operating at full capacity.’
