It’s no secret that HSV has a solid presence in the development and realisation of customised coolers,

taking a leading role in design and production for retail, web shops, the food supply chain, and catering supplies. We are proud to announce that a new generation of coolers is now available. Coolers with a hot and cold compartment, stackable nesting coolers, foldable coolers, coolers with integrated cooling elements, refrigerated transport with integrated cardboard packaging, ID locks, RFID recognition and more:

New generation of coolers has been achieved

Many new developments are being realised in close collaboration between HSV, the particle foam engineers and Wageningen University & Research (WUR). The properties and behaviour of the coolers (and/or contents) are measured in a state-of-the-art laboratory.

Test set-ups, scenarios and simulations

Your coolers are set up and tested in every possible scenario. Simulating various conditions and a range of temperatures, from -40 to as high as +80 degrees, makes it possible to pinpoint the ideal level of refrigeration. We involve various suppliers of cooling agents (gel packs, hybrid solutions, dry ice) in our projects to incorporate specific knowledge into the project.
