Cargo box for a cargo bike

This sustainable EPP transport container for the Carqon Cruise was created in a collaboration between several parties.

Lightweight and safety, a few requirements in mobility. For this reason, Particle foams such as EPP are increasingly used in Urban Mobility. EPP has beautiful properties, which are very valuable for this market. Think of a low compressibility, high resilience and a high shock-absorbing capacity. Moreover, it is a pleasant material to see and touch.

EPP is fully recyclable and shaped components are produced with sustainable steam at HSV. In addition, HSV offers the option to deploy reusable particle foams. Together for a sustainable future.
