This global leader, manufacturer and supplier of solutions for interior climate, uses EPP in their heat recovery equipment. For a housing, they were looking for a suitable partner to check the feasibility of the design and to manufacture the component.
The solution had to be lightweight, independent of shape, sealing and insulating. HSV provided a solution where extremely complex parts grasp together to create an entirely closed housing for a balance ventilation system. We developed an entire chassis with a minimum number of parts (3).
We fit and assemble a large number of parts and deliver an almost complete system. Air channels have also been cut away in the system and ventilators can be fitted.
