Manufacturer of air conditioning equipment

A German manufacturer of cooling systems for utility construction was looking for a combined EPS, EPP and PP component for their new ceiling unit.

With Project+®, Let’s make it FIT, a complete unit has been developed for our customer, in collaboration with our sister company HSV Technical Moulded Parts. In this unit, plastic injection-moulded products are processed in-mould in the particle foam section. This project was a tough nut to crack for our engineers, but in the end they succeeded in helping our client introduce a wonderful product.

The unit is lightweight in the ceiling, insulates and is the ideal combination of the structural properties of EPP. Thanks to the combined efforts of HSV, our client is ahead of the pack.
