This Australian supplier and manufacturer of climate systems was looking for a solution for a constructive housing for use in their adiabatic cooling systems.
As part of this project, we made a special feature in the mould in order to make the solution watertight. Because of the functional requirements of this product, for example the use of a series of clamps, EPP was chosen. This material has robust properties, which means that this EPP solution also creates a strong final housing.
This product has to travel a long distance so the solution is modular, making it easy and cost-effective to transport.
