Products are manufactured sustainably
At HSV, your products are manufactured sustainably. In addition to green steam, HSV now also uses solar power. CO2 emissions have been reduced significantly in a few months. Approximately 1.2 tons of CO2 emissions are saved every day. This is the equivalent of HSV planting 35 trees a day!
The green steam used in the production process is generated from renewable biomass. These changes have led to 100% reduction in gas consumption, achieving a positive impact on the environment and on our footprint.
2% raw material and 98% air | Your plastic product, manufactured sustainably
With minimal use of raw materials – just 2% raw material and 98% air – your plastic product is manufactured sustainably. But that’s not all…
HSV is circular. Materials are collected, recycled and re-used as raw materials to manufacture new plastic products. We offer you the option of using recycling materials (recyclate). Using this approach, environmental considerations are taken into account at all levels, and we implement smart savings on your behalf.
Zero-waste policy
HSV uses a ‘zero-waste policy’, taking into account high standards of quality for finished products as well as semi-manufactured products.
